Here is a great list of 16 Positive Affirmations you can do daily for however long you feel the need.

DAY 1– Tell yourself that you love who you are every day.

DAY 2– I have dreams that I can make a reality.

DAY 3– I can set new goals for myself.

DAY 4– I am giving 100% to my goals.

Day 5– I am important not only to myself, but to the world.
