2014 my weight loss journey #1

Hello everyone I hope you all had a great new years eve and brought 2014 in the best you could. One of my goals for 2014 is to get in better shape. As some of you know, that have been following my blog you are aware that I had an NDE (near death experience) back on February 24, 2013. I wasn’t able to work out at all or do any type of cardio even for about 8 months.

I do understand there might be some people who might not have nice things to say about how I look, but I am still going to post my progress videos and share them with my followers. Thank you everyone who has shown me support. I will be adding a forum on my site soon so we can discuss more topics together…..So keep a look out đŸ™‚

I will be sharing my personal journey of getting in better shape in 2014. I can’t say exactly how long this will take, but I am planning for a 3 months goal to be in better shape. I do struggle with a few health issues and 3 major issues I will face during my journey are: under active thyroid (gain weight easy and is hard to get the weight off), digestive disorder, and an auto immune disorder.

Getting the weight off will not be easy as you know weight goes on so much faster than it comes off. My journey might be a struggle at times, but I will stick with it. I will not be focusing so much about the numbers on the scale, because muscle weighs more than fat, so progress pics and my video updates will show how I am doing. At the end of my journey I will put the before and after pics up, but for now it will just be videos.

I do want to say that I will NOT be using any type of diet pills or fat loss enhancing drugs (steroids) at all. My goal will be reached through hard work and eating good. I wont have a personal trainer, so I will be pushing my self that much harder. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars to get in shape. The motivation needs to come from you. You too can get in better shape and still look like a lady. If you put on a little muscle that’s normal, you wont look like a guy unless you start to do steroids.

Keep the curves you have and feel sexy!
